About the Role:
Join Generator Supercenter of East Orlando as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with top-quality generator solutions. Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone and email to understand their generator needs.
- Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the right generator for their applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the home improvement or energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Motivated and driven to meet sales goals and contribute to team success.
- Willingness to learn about generator products and industry standards.
