Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is highly interactive and customer-facing, with a primary focus on connecting with customers at our retail partner locations and setting qualified leads for in-home consultations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, building rapport, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers at retail partner locations
- Educate customers on products and services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and set qualified leads for follow-up appointments
- Represent the company professionally and consistently with brand standards
- Track and document customer interactions and leads accurately
- Collaborate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence while interacting with the public
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Schedule and Flexibility
- Majority of shifts will take place Friday through Sunday
- Flexible scheduling available
