Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all permit applications and approvals for generator installations.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
Track project timelines and communicate any delays or issues regarding permits.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for zoning and building permits.
Assist in resolving any permit-related issues that may arise during projects.
Stay updated on local regulations and changes in permitting processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding permit inquiries.

Requirements:

Proven experience in permit coordination or a similar role in the construction or electrical industry.
Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes in Florida.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and permit management software.
High school diploma required; additional certifications in permitting or construction management preferred.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
