Position Summary

We are looking for a great Full Time Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (+some OT & Saturdays as needed during severe weather events)
Actively observing anomalies or potential issues.
Responding to alerts by making outgoing calls to customers to dispatch technicians and ensure system performance.
Understanding the equipment used for monitoring and identify trends.
Communicate with the customer and potentially provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain detailed logs of responses and customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess situations
Familiarity with dispatch procedures and communications is a plus.
Customer service skills are essential
Must be dependable & punctual
