Job Description – Regional Franchise Manager

Not only do they want to buy a generator, but they're also looking for installation and, in most cases, someone to provide routine and on-demand maintenance. Generator Supercenter offers a fantastic franchise opportunity for entrepreneurs exploring their options as they consider a new business venture in this high-demand and rapidly emerging residential home services market.
Responsibilities
- Attain annual budget for each franchise within your assigned region.
- Conduct in person and virtual presentations on multiple aspects of the business.
- Identify new opportunities within your assigned region.
- Collaborate on strategic third-party business relationships with each franchise to maximize each opportunity.
- Cultivates lead generation through own organic and third-party programs.
- Accelerate answers for Franchise locations.
- Create a business plan and metrics for each Franchise and review regularly to ensure achievement.
- Conduct regular training for franchise locations.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to drive local marketing activities with each Franchise.
- Ensure all franchise locations adhere to the franchise agreements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree.
- Expert ability in building relationships and influencing people.
- Strong experience in conducting training via virtual and in person.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and sales plus service programs.
- Proven past success achieving sales goals.
- Franchise experience preferred.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
